Very old and dirty facilities. Wifi is not working well (I only could use at in the bathroom). No fridge

Accidentally made a double booking for the same room, charged 2 times Asked for refund and was told to refer to booking.comSubmitted online request for cancellation for one booking and was told the management will make the decision.Till today all is quite. I've called in to oyo and was asked to call up booking.com of which I did. Made to wait for 40 minutes or more and the line broke..My question to you...Is hotel Asia city's reputation only worth RM 70?

Air conditioning is working just nice

There's no bidet and malfunction shower@cannot be used

The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful. Overall, location is good too. I didnt pay for a 5 star and I got what I expected - a good hotel all round, felt at ease, no pomposity. Highly recommended!

If you rent a car, please install Sabah Smart Parking. Did not provide space for parking.

Too dirty,the bed sheet and window curtain found out have blood.Look very scary to us.We unable to sleep on the days just bathing and check out the room.Booking see your room very nice but when check in after all unaccepted.thanks

The room was big, clean, and comfortable.The furniture and the whole hotel need a refurbishment but I enjoyed staying there. Staff were friendly.

There is a permanent smell of smoke in the hallway... I guess it's allowed to smoke in the rooms as there was an ashtray in mine...

The room is big and comfy. There is a nearby night market with lots of delicious food.

The strong cigarette smoke that stayed probably from the previous customers, i had a headache due to the strong odour.Even after i sprayed perfume the odour is still there.Oh and one more, I paid for a room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed but they gave me room with 3 single beds. But it's okay, i can take that just hopefully next time i will get the room exactly that I paid for.

The room large enough for my small family. The bed comfortable with 1 single and king size bed. Very big.

The wifi connection. We cannot connect at all. The staff cant do anything abt it.

Nice staff and water were available at all times. Cozy bed and air conditioning.

The carpet and blanket could be cleaner. The water pressure was generally low.
